1.1.3. Personal data processing is any action (operation) or a combination of actions (operations) performed both automatically and manually with personal data, including collection, recording, arrangement, accumulation, storage, specification (updating, changing), extraction, use, distribution (including transfer), anonymizing, blocking and destruction of personal data.

1.1.4. «Confidentiality of Personal Data» is an obligation for Operator or other persons having obtained an access to personal data to prevent those personal data from dissemination without the consent of the personal data subject or any other legal reason.

6.1. The User is obligated to:

6.2. Website Administration is obligated to:

8.1. Submission of claim (written dispute resolution proposal) is mandatory prior to any legal action related to a dispute that results from relationship between the Website User and the Website Administration.

8.2. Claim recipient within 30 days of receiving the claim informs the claimant in writing of the assessment results.

8.3. If failed to settle, the dispute will be put before the judicial authority in compliance with applicable legislation of the Russian Federation.

8.4. The law applicable to this Privacy Policy and relationship between the User and the Website Administration is the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
